WHAT ARE THE WIND GAMES?
The Wind Games is the name of the indoor flight competition held by Windoor; the first wind tunnel in Spain, and they were created in order to promote indoor flying as a sport.
Indoor flying is a sport with its own national federation in Spain, and it involves flying in a wind tunnel, while keeping to a series of regulations.
With over 500 million views online, and appearance on media channels the world over.
There are 5 disciplines in the Wind Games, which are divided into two main groups:
Static Disciplines
- FS: 4 fliers performing their moves horizontally in the lower half of the tunnel.
- VFS: 4 fliers, making their moves while holding a vertical position in the lower half of the tunnel.
Dynamic Disciplines
- Freestyle the most artistic discipline.

- Junior freestyle
- SPEED RACES the name says it all
- SOLO SPEED (one competitor)
- 4 SPEED (four competitors)
- RELAY (four competitors)
- 2 WAY DYNAMIC is blend of Speed and Freestyle techniques.

Welcome to the indoor skydiving competition at Jochen Schweizer Arena. On 02.03.2019 we host the second Fly Challenge, an impressive competition for all ages.
On this day, the wind tunnel turns into a unique competition venue for indoor skydiving professionals. We look forward to an exciting competition for athletes of every nation!
The following disciplines will be held:
- 4way Open (10 Runden)
- 4way Intermediate (10 Runden)
- 4way Einsteiger (10 Runden)
- 2way VFS (6 Runden)
- 2way Dynamic
- Kids Challenge
Fees
99,00€ per person including competition, 1 min training, evening buffet & afterparty.

French Indoor Skydiving Championship 2019

The 2019 French Indoor Skydiving Championship will take place at iFLY Lyon the 8th and 9th of march.
Disciplines
- FS4/VR4 (N1 and N2)
- D2W (speed rounds only, no free routine),
- Freestyle (open)
Registrations must be done before the 17th February.

Austrian Indoor Skydiving Championship 2019
3rd Austrian Nationals and Windobona Open 2019!

Deutsche Indoor Skydiving Championship 2019
Germany’s indoor skydiving elite visit the Jochen Schweizer Arena!

From 29 to 30 March 2019, the German Indoor Skydiving Championship will take place in the Jochen Schweizer Arena.
For the second time the best indoor skydivers in Germany compete in different disciplines.
Admission free.
Just a few years ago, quite unknown edge sport, indoor skydiving is now very popular. More and more people are fascinated by flying only with their own bodies in the vertical wind tunnel – whether as a spectator or as an athlete. Efforts to make the sport an Olympic discipline by 2024 are in full swing. The disciplines range from “4way” based on skydiving to “Solo Freestyle” – fascinating, dance-like performances in the air.
Come to the Jochen Schweizer Arena from the 28th to the 31st of March and experience the magic of flying in one of the world’s most modern indoor skydiving facilities. Admission is free.

3rd FAI World Indoor Skydiving Championships 2019

The 3rd FAI World Indoor Skydiving Championships will be held from 16th to 20th of April 2019 at Wind Tunnel Weembi in Lille (France).

Bodyflight World Challenge 2019
Dates: 5 Apr 2019 – 6 May 2019

The 2019 Bodyflight World Challenge will take place on Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6th of April with practice rounds on Thursday the 5th from 6pm onwards.
This will be for all levels of 4-way FS.
On Sunday the 7th of April we are pleased to announce that there will be a one day 8-way competition open to all teams to enter.
The entry fee is £400 per team and you can register for the 4-way below or the 8-way right here. (Please note the entry fee is non-refundable)
