Skydive at Senegal 29.01 – 2.03.2019
Senegal, the ideal winter sun destination for a skydive holiday. Senegal is a beautiful African country with friendly and helpful people.
Within a relatively small area, the most beautiful landscapes alternate: desert, river deltas, steppes, mangroves, boss savannas, rice fields and tropical rainforest.
The skydive location is in Ndangane on the beautiful Siné-Saloum delta, where the Siné and Saloum rivers meet at the Atlantic Ocean. A beautiful area of mangrove swamps, lagoons, forests and sand islands.
If you go to Senegal with Airboss, then you opt for a tried and tested recipe. Your flight to Dakkar, the stay in a hotel, local transport and skydiving are organized by us.
Sun, culture, recreational activities and excursions are the ideal cocktail for a fantastic skydive holiday to Senegal.

Skydive San Diego vs Skydive Elsinore – StarCrest Race! 26.01.2019
Skydive Elsinore vs. Skydive San Diego
Traditional Star Crest Recipient Award Race!
This is the most enduring and one of the most prestigious awards in skydiving.
Which drop zone will do it first????
Here’s the low down:
The Star Crest Recipient (SCR) must free fly the exit (no grips) and must participate in a free fall formation involving 8 or more skydivers held together for a minimum of 5 seconds. Yes, this is a fancy speed star!
Both drop zones will start their clocks from wheels up and clock will run throughout the day. The 1st race is to form a successful SCR (with at least 3 participants having never received their SCR award). WHO WILL GET IT FIRST???? The 2nd race is to form a successful SCR formation with the lowest possible combined jump numbers. The final race is simply, which DZ can complete the greatest number of successful SCR formation jumps from wheels up to 4:30pm on 1/26/19??
The WINNING AND SUPERIOR DROP ZONE earns endless bragging rights that will last about a year.
Requirements: Experience flying in groups of 8+. Can track on heading! Comfortable pulling at 3,500ft.
Cost: Price of jumps is determined by each DZ. Additionally, bring at least $30 cash to cover patches, decals, awards, shipping/handling, application/processing fees etc., for awards earned.
Specific to Skydive San Diego:
Meet in experienced lounge ready to jump at 7:45am with enough money on your account for four skydives. Register with a text to 303-931-7256 with your NAME and SCR.
Specific to Skydive Elsinore:

Spaceland Transitions: Turns and Translations 5.01 – 6.01.2019
Spaceland Transitions: Turns & Translational Moves
Ready to hone your relative work skills? Because turns and translational movements (getting from point A to point B) pretty much describe everything you do within a group skydive except fall rate control. But now we’re going to focus on isolating those moves and perfecting them in our usual small-group, coached and videoed for FREE.
This event is targeted to recent graduates from any drop zone with 100 jumps or less, and aims to refine your relative work so you can fly more precisely and get more points in every dive.
Our fearless mentors will be talking with you about turn techniques, using your legs, arms, and both to get smooth, snappy turns that stop on heading. They’ll also drill you on translational moves that get you precisely from one place to another–sideslides, forward movement, and backslides. The next step is to put it all together (on purpose)!
Be here at 8 am both Saturday and Sunday to get the most out of this Transitions event!
