The FSC-Westerstede was founded as a non-profit organization in Oldenburg-Hatten in 1980 and moved to the airfield Westerstede-Felde in 1987.

Club has approximately 100 members of different age and professions but with a common passion. 

The club has its own Cessna 182 Q aircraft for one pilot and four jumpers, its own large landing field, the latest training equipment, a training hall with sanitary facilities, a club room with TV and video, a separate parking lot and a storage fire place. In addition, near the airfield there is a good and popular restaurant.
